Welcome to HotShots Archery Shop and/or HotShots Archery Academy (the "Company"). By accessing our website, using our customer portal, or booking classes and events, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.
GENERAL USE & ACCOUNTS By creating an account or using our customer portal, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.
RANGE SAFETY & LESSON BOOKINGS All participants in archery classes, lane rentals, or events must sign a liability waiver prior to shooting on the range. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel bookings for any individuals who fail to follow range safety officer instructions or safety protocols.
MOBILE MESSAGING PROGRAM (SMS TERMS) By explicitly opting into our mobile messaging program through the checkbox in our customer portal, you agree to receive automated transactional text messages (including class registration confirmations, scheduling reminders, safety updates, and event notifications) from HotShots Archery Shop and/or HotShots Archery Academy at the mobile number associated with your profile.
*Consent is Not a Condition: Agreeing to receive text messages is completely voluntary and is not a condition of any purchase or account maintenance.
*Opt-Out / Cancellation: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to our number. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, just opt in again through your customer portal profile.
*Help & Support: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly by emailing info@hotshotsarcheryacademy.org or calling 937-350-1484.
*Fees & Frequency: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your class bookings and account activity.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY Class and event registrations may be canceled or rescheduled up to e.g., 5 business days prior to the start time. Cancellations made inside this window may not be eligible for a refund.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY In no event shall HotShots Archery Shop and/or HotShots Archery Academy, its owners, instructors, or employees be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our facility, gear, or website.
